7. Google API Services Disclosure

Glancer.ai's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request access to the Google Sheets and user profile scopes necessary to provide the Service. We do not use Google user data to serve advertisements or for purposes unrelated to the Service.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.
